When I arrived at the University of Miami Athletics Department to lead the creative team, I saw the need to update the workflow process. Using the Wrike workflow interface as the basis, I built a scalable system that empowered our creatives to accomplish assignments and collaborate on projects, seamlessly integrating clients into the process wherever necessary.
